Meet the author

A sensitive being, a deep thinker, a creative, a rebel, a hedonist, an aesthete... and a Life Artist.

What I'm most passionate about, is the LIBERATION of women. Liberation from overworking in soul-sucking jobs, saying yes to ‘good enough’ partners, over-giving to everyone but yourself, self-abandoning, never-ending chase of achievement as a measure for self-worth, endless ‘doing’, limiting your dreams… and accepting ‘average’ in any area of your life.

As a past 9-to-5er who broke free in 2022, started her own online business, went travelling full-time (and still is!), this blog is a place for me to share everything I have learned on my own 10+ years of awakening and deconditioning journey, sprinkled with soulful travel stories and my signature contemplations. It is my hope that this blog can serve as a source of wisdom and inspiration to help YOU craft your own version of A DELIGHTFUL LIFE.
